Wynter’s Wonderful Low Fat Hummus
1 can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2-3 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
dash cumin
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Place garlic in food processor, add 1/4 of the chickpeas and turn on. Add sour cream, spices and lemon juice and process 1 minute. Add the rest of the chickpeas and process until smooth. If it is too thick, you can add skim milk, 2 tbs at a time.
Serve with warm pita bread or baked pita chips. Yum!
